Pizza Hotline – Delicious, Generous, and Halal-Friendly Pizza in Winnipeg

We have ordered here many times. The 4 XL Party Pack is excellent value. Lately they seem to have been a little more generous with the toppings which we really appreciate. One of the best value in the area. The last time I was there however one of the drivers was in the store for a while behind the counter and not putting a mask on. I was disappointed with this behavior.

This is the first time we ordered from Pizza Hotline... and we fall in love at the first bite with the pizza! The crust still fluffy and moist (we don’t like crispy thin pizza, we prefer the thick and “fluffy”one), cheese are generous and still gooey on the second day, the topping and sauce also generous!). The employee that served us also friendly and fast with our orders. We chose this location because not only we just knew that Pizza Hotline has halal options but also the owner is a Muslim (we knew it from a Facebook Page) so we confident that this place will handle the order with halal options in a “right way” (heard from a friend that worked in another locations, the employees didn’t take it seriously if customers ordered with halal options they didn’t bother to put the halal one, just put the non halal one). We will definitely order again and become regular customer especially for this Meadowood Location. Keep up the good work!

This review is from the perspective of a five-and-a-half-year-old who is, admittedly, a picky eater. We ordered the two medium, two-topping pizzas, cheese sticks, and two drinks combo ($32.11 after taxes and delivery fee). The pizzas were both half-and-half, so we had four varieties to choose from. We also elected for the thin crust, which I highly recommend; the regular crust from Pizza Hotline is too bready. Not only were the toppings placed with care, but the pizzas were cut incredibly evenly - much to the delight of my children. A problem kids seem to have with pizza is when the cheese and toppings get pulled off with the first bite, usually due to an excess of sauce and leaving a mess on their plate. Not so with Pizza Hotline. From the kid's perspective: "They add just the right amount of sauce. I don't know how they do it, but it's magic." The delivery was fast, the service was courteous, the price was fair, and the food was enjoyed. Who could ask for more?

I had a positive experience overall, with excellent service from an employee, Arfa, who was particularly kind and helpful. However, the high temperature in the space was a concern, as it made the environment uncomfortable. It would be beneficial for the business to address the air-conditioning issue to enhance customer comfort.

I liked this places. They are the best holiness location in town. Their pizza is different than other pizza holiness locations. Going back to them for years. Great deal for money..

This place is incredibly standard. Service is alright, food is alright and atmosphere is standard for a pizza joint. They offer an 11.50 walk in special for 1 topping pick up only. It is a great price considering the amount of food you get. However, it's pizza hotline so don't expect to much. If you want quality go to Santa Lucia and or Garwood Grill. Come here for great prices.
